Can I 'shrink' an ISO file located in my hard disk drive using DVD Shrink ?
By accident I ripped a Layer 2 DVD to my hard disk drive, and now it does not fit into a single DVD+R.
Thanks,
Chucho

you'll need to extract the files from the ISO to process them with DVD Shrink.
I've heard that Daemon Tools can do this - check the Tools section.- housepig

You don not need to extract the image. Daemon tools is a utility that allows you to mount the ISO image files. Mounting the image creates a new drive which acts as if the CD/DVD was in the drive.
I normally only rip ISO image files with DVD Decrypter then mount the image as necessary when I want to work on it. Much faster and easier (vs. several VIDEO_TS folders each with several files) IMHO. -
Chucho, you could also try something like "isobuster" to extract the files.

I do not know if it would neccessitate the use of one of its "freeware" or "shareware" features, or even if it would work, but it might be worth a try. -
ddlooping,
thanks for your input.
I tried "isobuster" and worked like a charm!
thanks again.
