I'm having problems converting files in rm format. I tried EoVideo and Tinra, but the produced avi file is always out of synch, and the conversion takes too long for crappy results.

You can't expect Gold from Sand, RM is usually garbage quality! i've had some great results doing RM to VideoCD.
But when you do DivX, you are doing a lot more encoding and it trashes the quality even more.
As for out of sync, make sure you match the correct settings for your output so it will match the RM itself.Email me for faster replies!
