  1. i have a JVC XM-565 3-disc DVD changer. i've been trying to get vcds to play on it and everyone i burn will not read in the player. the video is in the right format to burn the VCD. i'm using easy cd creator 5 platinum and it burns the vcds without a problem but everytime i try to play them they won't. i looked for a hack for my player but there doesn't seem to be one. please help me! if there's anything i may be forgetting to do or add to my vcds please tell me. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! thank you.

    starting with the obvious - does your dvd player even support vcd's? if it doesnt, your hooped.
    if it says it supports them, then come back and we can talk

  4. my dvd player DOES support VCDs and my computer plays the cd as a VCD. any other suggestions??

  6. Your JVC XM-565 is not listed as having VCD support. Try using a CDRW or a different brand CDR

    use the dvd compatability test to see if your DVD player supports CD-R, if not, find out what brands of CD-R work if any. hope i helped
