Reinstalling after a hard drive crash, Win XP and have all the patches installed but SVCD2DVDMPG+ keeps giving me:-

    Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
    Process id=0xdf0 (3568, Thread id=0xdf4 (3572)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click Cancel to Debug the application.

I've removed it and reinstalled it, manually added the latest updates and still the same problem !!

Try downloading the program again as the latest package should not give you this.

Uninstalled the original through control panel, downloaded the latest version and installed it along with my reg.key and still exactly the same problem.

It was running fine until the hard drive crash now with a fresh XP install and all the MS updates i'm getting this and its really got me scratching my head for a solution..
