    time did not permit re-encoding 4 discs of video to dvd mpeg-2 video. followed doom9's guide and the final patched mpeg looks like this.

    how do i get it to strech the video to the full 720x480 res without re-encoding?

    so you patched to 352, authored and repatched the vobs to 480 and that is a screenshot of the DVD playing? Or you patched to 352 played the mpg and this is what it looks like?
