  1. How do I convert MPEG2 Resolution from 640x480 (or above) to 480x480?

    My capture card (tv2000 XP) doesnt have an option to capture it in SVCD format.

    Use a program called TMPGEnc. Open the program and close the wizard if it opens. Load your video as input video, and name the output file. Select Load. A list of templates will pop up. Select the SVCD template, making sure your have the right format (NTSC or PAL). Select okay. Select Start. The finished product will a 480 x 480 MPEG-2 file the bears the name of your output filename.

    I agree, TMPGEnc is the way to go. You might want to give KSVCD templates a look. www.ksvcd.net
