TMPGenc Merge

I'm trying to merge my mpg files in TMPGenc. When I go to merge and cut, I select both of my mpg files and select RUN. When I go back to the main page to encode "video only", only the first file encodes? Anyone have answers to this?

for merging files, you want to select Merge & Cut, select your input files, name your output file, then let it run.

Are you selecting an original input file, rather than your output merged file, when you go for the second process?

I'm using the output file. I started over again, and I still ended up with only the first half of the movie.

(after you do the merge, but before you go to the second process)
