I have been using DVDShrink to rip (so I can backup to DVD also), DVDx 2.2 to encode, ChapterXTractor to extract chapter info, and VCDEasy to add chapters and burn my VCDs.
For some reason the chapter points are not in exactly the same place as on the original DVD (about a second off).
I am using this guide https://www.videohelp.com/sefy/?id=DVDx.html#VCDEasy to direct me.
Is there another method (other than the one outlined in the above guide) that will make my chapter placement more accurate?
