Capture Driver !

can some one help me,
i get an (ATI AIW radeo 7500) card i follow step by step the guide at HOW TO section
to install and tune my system (Win Me).
the problem is that when i start some capture tools i the error message like this:
-VirtualDub 1.4.12: NO CAPTURE DRIVER AVAILABLE
-Avi_IO_Trial 3.24: you must set the capture seting ==> you must shoose the video format first==>BUT the video setting menu is disabled
-FreeVCR 1.2: Can't connect to capture device.

OTHER THING: Ulead Video Studio ==== OK
Microsoft Movie maker == OK

I have: P4 1.7 Ghz / GegaByte MotherBoard with SIS 650 ChipSet / 320 MB SDRAM / Win ME

than what's wrong !!!
