Many DVD's have more than one audio stream. On many I like to choose stream #2 because it's usually 192bit and allows you to put another 300MB's into the video stream. DVD95COPY upto ver 1.4 would re-write the ifo files to properly reflect the streams I selected. The new version 1.5 no longer corrects the ifo,it simply copies the original ifo. DVD2ONE always copies the original ifo. DVD Shrink upto ver 1.03 would correct ifo file, but the new ver 2.2 does not,it simply copies the original ifo.
The problem with not correcting the ifo file is that if you use only audio stream #2 it won't play the audio in your DVD player unless you cycle thru the audio streams with the remote control.
Why are programs that did correct the ifo file losing this ability on newer versions?

might have just been over looked...programmers are very busy people and with all the updates, might miss something along the way

If you use dvdtoolbox or dvdfab you can choose the default audio track by right clicking it. Good Luck!

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
