These are the steps Im taking:
1) I capture footage from my DV and import to Premiere, edit then export.
2) I encode to mpeg-1 using TMPEG
3) I go into NERO and add the files I want to Burn to VCD
4) I add 2 files, The little clip I made through Premiere and a Movie.
Playback problems: The little clip I made is freezing video, audio is fine just freezes video, i get about 1 frame every 10 seconds. The movie that I added comes after it and it plays fine. No problems with the movie.
This also happened once with a trailer that I added before another movie I burnt, the trailer skipped bad but the movie was fine. It seems to me everytime I add a little file with a movie Im burning I get this problem.
Does anyone know where I'm going wrong? Any help greatly appreciated. 8)
