Im having problems with the video file i download from internet. When Im done converting the file into mpg fil and try to add to vcdeasy , erro always popped out , It wont allowvideo files like 320X240 -ntsc ...does anyone know how i can add it to it and watch it right? Im outtta luck now.

320x240 complies with no standard. Now if you just download an mpg source like this and don't feel like re-encoding than you can still load it into VCDEasy by unchecking the option to scan mpgs for compliance. Just don't be surprised when the disk doesn't play on any given dvd player. The further you stray from any standard, the less chance that disk will play.
Since you weren't opposed to re-encoding this clip, you should have just encoded it to vcd compliant settings. For NTSC (US, Can, Jap) you should use a resolution of 352x240 and for PAL (Europe and most other places) you should have encoded to 352x288.
So, when encoding just try to stick to the standards, ie: VCD or SVCD. You can get a list of those required settings in the What is VCD and What is SVCD sections to your left. And if you do choose to use non-standard settings, uncheck the option to scan for compliance.
