DVDit PE Build failed error BRErr, 1

I have been trying to create a DVD with DVDit PE but somehow I always get an error. I want to combine a video file m2v type with a 2 channel ac3 audio file. Everything goes well (menus, chapters,..) until I want to create the final DVD structure on my HD. Than I get an error message "build failed Unknown error (BRErr, 1)". Anyone know what I did wrong?

I am also using dvdit to auther with. I was having some problems with it to start with but then got them sorted out. here's how i do it step by step.
First take an avi file and put it into virtual dub and extract the audio from it then open tmpegnc and without using the wizard put in your avi file and your audio file then have it create your mpeg2 file as a system file not as video, you'll end up with 1 mpeg 2 file and import it into dvdit and it takes it no problems. how i do it anyway might not suit others but suits me and works for me.
