    I have a widescreen Divx file with no bars at the top or bottom. It is 704x336. How can I convert it to VCD with bars at the top and bottom so that it doesn't look squashed? Oh, and preferrably, if possible, with TMPGEnc.

    Select in TMPGenc, Under source aspect ration, select 2:11:1 display, and then that should work, It did 4 me.
