    I had the same thing happen to me, freak. I ordered a spindle of Riteks from Shop4tech. After 2 weeks and no discs I was starting to wonder. I received my credit card bill and I was already charged. I was furious. I called and spoke with somebody who told me they were on backorder. My response was why didn't it say that on your site when I ordered them and why is my credit card billed?? They had no answers. I told them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't because it was already shipped. Ok, give me a tracking #. I hung up the phone(mistake) and went to the UPS site to track it. Guess what, the tracking # is NFG. I called back and let loose the most cuss words that have ever left my mouth. I don't like talking to people like that, but this was total BS. You won't believe what they told me. "The truck just pulled out so we can't cancel your order." If I wasn't so pissed, I would have laughed. The next step was to call the credit card company, but I decided to wait. They finally arrived about a week later.

    Never again with that company. I have ordered all my Riteks from Allmediaoutlet since then with no problems yet. I do have about 5 or 6 duds out of the hundred or so I've bought. We'll see how they handle that.

  3. One of the rare times I ordered online was through cdrdvdrmedia.com (which apparently is owned by Meritline). I ordered a sample pack of discs for my Sony. They took FOREVER to get to me. I had almost forgotten that I placed the order it took so long.
