I keep getting this annoying message at BOOT that tells me that its a
    PINNACLE DRIVER CHECK
    window
in this window is provided the means to FIX driver if you check and say ok..........

    WHAT DOES THIS DO?
    DOES ANYONE KNOW?

I've both ignored it, and "fixed" it and as far as I know
    either way: GOOD DVD's

I don't only use instant copy..
I use architect and nero also
so I'm hesitant to always say yes..

Its also possible to make the WINDOW go away for ever (another checkbox)
    any experts?

MACKEM thanks I'll repost here for others who come across our thread
It sounds like the PSDrvCheck utility.

    1. It checks the upper and lower filters in the registry.
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
It will delete the incorrect entry (key refers to a driver which is not there)

    2. It’s checking/correcting whether the drivers are in correct order.

I have always clicked yes for this and it has worked fine.
Just what I need..a DVD program that doesn't play so nice with the other BURNING and SHRINKING programs on my computer that ANNOYS me to fix my drivers every time I use another kind of application..at least it all works...but
THIS SUCKS EGGS....as long as It keeps working I'll keep checking it DAILY..and I do mean DAILY!!
    DAMMNIT!
