Now using TMPGEnc12a, trying to encode .avi to vcd.
First try, crashed at 6%.
Downloaded the VirtualDub 1_4_7
Saved the audio as .wav
Tried again with TMPGEnc12a
Video .avi
and
Audio .wav
Encode
Crashed at 6% Again
Please help me!!!

You didn't say what codec the avi uses. But if it's DiVX it's probably a freeze(bad) frame.
You can try to open the file in VirtualDub, and directstream copy both the audio and video. VDub will rebuild the bad frames.
You can also try AviDefreezer, which you can download on doom9.net:

if this isn't working you can also find DiVX fix on doom9.net under download --> AVI Editing tools
