  1. i have a iso file and i have not burned it to a dvd its pal is there a way to change the file to ntsc so i dont have to burn it first?

    Convert the iso to the folder structures instead using winimage or something.

    Then convert the vob's to an mpeg 2

    Then convert the mpeg2 (which is still pal) to an ntsc mpeg2

    Then create the dvd again using the new mpeg2

  4. i have to same thing i have a PAL and i wanan change it to a NTSC. is there a easy program that i can use to do that??

  7. If I strip out the movie, I can do the conversion from PAL to NTSC but how can I do this and keep the menus too?
