Need help changing my email.

How do I change my email address without changing my screen name or password.

Here is my problem.
I actually created 2 Login IDs.
I built a new computer , my wife uses the old computer that uses my old email and login id.
For my new computer,I made a new login id with my "new" email.
I have forgoted my "new" screen name, and I cant find a way to get from DVDRHELP my new screen name to start using my new login again.Sorry if its confusing.But the point is my new email is registed and I cant get to it.

Because my "new" login is using my "new" email I cant change my old login because the email is being used.

Thanks I got it.
I found the piece of paper that had my screen name and am now able to access my login.
