I have the ADVC 100 and although my VCR plays NTSC it outputs the PAL60 colour signal which means my ADVC100 gives a black and white image. Can anyone recommend a VCR in the UK which outputs a true NTSC signal???
I have seen those PAL NTSC convertors on EBay but I'm not sure I can use them because they might need a true NTSC signal in the first place and PAL60 has a different solour signal from NTSC. Also I'm worrid that such a convertor for $60 or so may degrade the signal prior to going through my ADVC100.
Any suggestions on how to capture an NTSC tape in the UK without paying a fortune for a multi format VCR would be helpful.
Thanks
Franco
