  1. i cut out small video part with vdub
    and resaved avi and i still saves the part !!!!! dammit.

    plain and simple, vdub will not save avi will a small portion of frames deleted.

    and I ask again ...did you follow the procedure in my previous attachment.
    I've used that method several dozen times with no problem.
    I'm not trying to be cheeky but I don't know if you are a genuine newbie or a seasoned veteran.

    Vdub will make cuts at "Key" frames even if you try to mark your cuts in between. A clip needs to start with a key frame and it will revert to the last one. Use the yellow key buttons to locate key frames.

  6. I tried cutting from Keyframes as well,
    does not seam to work, im thinking vdub will only alow a cut from a minimum lenth, say like (at least 5 seconds off)

    is their anything that will alow me to cut frames anywhere ?

  7. You can cut 1 frame if you want.
