Another IC7 prob

ok i have used ic7 for a long time now but i do some dvds then dont do any for a few weeks (i kinda get burned out).
anyway, all of a sudden i cant move the slider bar to change the video size on anyhting but the main title. i have the newest version and i have tried the new hidden settings patch.
it always worked before. the ones that i am trying now that will not allow me to change the slider are Aliens (2), die hard, and alice in wonderland.
nice round off there.
has anyone else had these problems?
like i said. it used to allow me to change just about every setting now it wont.
ALSO, the only tab it shows is the video tab.
it used to always show the video, preview, audio, and subtitle tabs.
(where they were applicable of course)

Did you check the sizes of the other titles? If they're less than some threshold (forget what it is, and it's changeable by the InstantCopySettings program), then it doesn't downsample it.

yea i have...thanks for the reply...it varies from a few k (which of course you cant change) up to 2 gigs (which was one).

Hi Guys,

Does anybody notice the update 7.1.1 has a little downfall.

I try this with the same movie. and the result

the 7.1.1 won't allow to burn more than 4.37gb.

As for the previous update 7.01, it allow me to burn 4.6gb

I know the 7.1.1 cut 50% of the encoding time, but lose the quality.
I prefer better quality than fast encoding.

DO you guys have those experiences?

I havent found any probs with update the quality is as good as it was encoding slightly faster and i find I dont have to overestimate quite as much. I found though on certain titles even though customised resize was picked the box marked auto resize? )am not at machine at moment but the box above the slider) was sometimes checked unchecking allowed me to use slider bar.

yea i have unchecked it and it allows me to adjust the size of the main title. but none of the other tabs are there EXCEPT for the ones on the main title.
i have been using instant copy since i guess around early march and thus far without any problems like this.
i think it MIGHT just happen to be the three titles that i am trying to do BUT i think it is an awfully wierd coincidence that these three movies at random are like that.
i havent tried uninstalling and reinstalling only because it is a pain in the ass, but i think i am going to try that. after the last update it was still working fine, it just isnt now.
