    Ive tried many different ways to burn my vcd but they all work the same way. When it plays, the video plays very slow, and there is green lines over the top of the screen. I have no clue what to do...

    I think it is cause of the regional differences...NTSC played in PAL or vice versa. explain a little more about your source video and the region your dvd player is ...

    but if it is related to NTSC/PAL the thread here gives good insight into the issue
