  1. Hi,
Does anyone place order form www.supermediastore.com and get a problem?
    I do.
I ordered 200 CDs printable and they shipped with 200 CDs mix up together  Some of them crack, some of scratch!!!!!! :-x
So, be careful when your guy order form this web site, special are DVD and CD. If they are scratch then you can not burn it.
    Best Regards.

  2. I bought a 50 pack dvd-r (supermedia unbranded). Everything went fine. You might want to call them (which I am sure that you did) and let them know you are dissatisfied.

  6. Thank for all reply,
I ordered from them 2 times already that why I am re-order from them.
I am not them for about 20 CDs scratch. Because I bought 200 printable CDs about $64.00. If they told me return to them 20 CDs scratch and I have to pay for shipping then the value of 200 CDs become $74.00, anyway thank for comments. I will call them let see what they want to do?

  8. Don't just settle for just a sorry mate! How much did you pay for shipping? If you paid through the nose for shipping then you expect the goods to reach you in good order. They should at least give your something off your next order, like free shipping.

Also if the goods were damaged (for all you know they may have left the warehouse in that state and not got damaged on the way) you should be able to return them and they should refund you the amount it cost to ship them back.

At the end of the day you have 20 CD's that are neither use nor ornament, you should get something back.

So you mean if I take a piece of sandpaper to my DVD disk I can't burn it.
Gee I'm glad you told me that part about if they are scratched I won't be able to burn them.
