Anyone else having this problem? Or know the solution?

My Pioneer A03, with firmware version 1.90 wont load
any store bought cd's or dvd.

It loads blank cdr and dvd-r, but will not even load these items after they are burned. These discs play fine in my standalone units, and on
my other drives.

any help?
