i am capturing an mpeg2 file useing MMC7. when capturing i lose 1% of the frames. when i play back the file i can see it stutter where i've missed frames. is there a way to blend the missed frames into the movie when i encode so it doesn't stutter? i am useing TMPGE to encode. and will this throw off the audio? Thanks......
