    i have converted Divx to VCD PAL and i have a slight (2sec) unsynch
    betwen yje audio and video how can i fix that?
    second, can i just rip the sound track from the VCD and from the original Divx and replace them? it should work with good synch?

    Try extracting the audio using Virtualdub then use the resulting WAV as the audio source in TMPGEnc
