VCD on CDR won't play on Stand alone but Music on CDR would,

Hi guys,

I burnt a VCD (VCD 2 compliant) using nero, it is playing fine on computer with DVD software, but won't play in Stand Alone DVD player (Philips DVD840), I thought then that my DVD player could not play CDR, but Music on CDR plays fine, also commercial VCD plays fine.
Am I doing something wrong?

One more detail, the Music CDR that plays fine on my DVD player is a TDK CDR 74 minutes, so is the CDR that contain the VCD.

Are you sure your DVD player will play/read VCDs?

Yes Sama, it has played commercial VCD in the past.
It plays Music CDR 74 minutes TDK, but somehow today I tried a Music CDR 80 minutes TDK, but it would not play, but the VCD I made was a TDK 74 minutes.
