SVCD to Divx question

Im am ripping an svcd of Matrix reloaded ( :D yes that is correct) to Divx using Gordian Knot and the appz that come with it. The encoding worked perfectly and i have an AVI file, all i need to do is Mux the audio with it. This is where im not sure what to do, i tired using a program called AVI mux that came with gordian knot, i used the audio input as the mpeg audio file that was created when i frameserved with DVD2AVI, however, when encoding with gordian knot, an MV file approximately the same size as the audio file was created, the only thing is im not sure how to mux the AVI with the correct audio file (.MPA created with dvd2avi or the .MV file created using gordian knot?) Also, If the .MV file is a audio source created by gordian knot then what to i use to convert to a viable format. Any help would be great, thanx.

P.S. As i said i did attempt to mux the avi with the .mpa file, however, about 40 percent through the process an error occured, stating that a possible problem had to do with a frame header, or something to that effect.
