Okay, when I tried to add the mpeg file to vcdeasy, This error box popped out , it said "Unknown encoding frame rate:30fps" Do you want to add this file anyway? then i click yes. Then a Warning msg popped out and said "This Mpeg file requires autopadding...you maybe unable to watch it correctly... Do you want this file anyway? " I click yes. then its added to the vcdeasy , when Im done burning it to cd and its a VideoCD,I put it in my dvd player and the picture isnt right, it kind of shred into pieces but the sound seems fine.

Oh also on some other mpg file has a problem, warning box popped out and said "The project Pal is while the mpeg file is NTSC film" what does that mean?

    help out please

    Unknown encoding frame rate:30fps
Quite so. 30 fps is not a valid VCD or SVCD frame rate.
    This Mpeg file requires autopadding
The mpeg isn't multiplexed as VCD/Super VCD. Using TPMGEnc mpeg tools, remultiplex as Video CD (non standard) or Super Video CD (depending on what you're heading for).
The project Pal is while the mpeg file is NTSC film
Take a look under WHAT IS for a explanation of the different types of (S)VCD that exist.

In short, it seems like you are under the impression that any mpeg you have can be authored as (S)VCD. That is not the case. An mpeg as to meet a lot of specifications to qualify as material for (S)VCD creation.
