Alternative to VCD EASY??? i need help on this pls

hi there,
up to now i never experienced any problems with vcdeasy but there is always a first time! well i have my mpeg and want to produce a bin and cue out of it as u know... well the mpeg was 700 mb big as normal and when encoded it should have aroun the same amount of disc usage. well it turned out to be only 140 mb big and i tried it out and the movie shrinked from 45 mins down to 7 seven minutes. i didnt change any settings. i left it the way it was the last time it worked for me... i wanted to make a svcd bin/cue. could some help me on this issue pls???

This has happened to me once. The cause was a bad mpeg, that made VCDImager choke. Had to scrap the mpeg, as it was past repair.
