    I'm using the GUI version. All I want to do is convert WAV to MP2, but I find the interface very confusing!

    Can someone please give me a hand!

    Try this:

    https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/129419.php That will get you part of the way (to AC3) and you should be able to figure out the rest.

    (BTW, AC3 is a better format than MPA, so unless you have a desperate need for it, I wouldn't convert that way).
