i'm trying to convert a divx to svcd. when using the SVCD PAL preset the result was fine but the audio was way out of sync, so i'm guessing i used a wrong framerate. the divx has the framerate 23.98, so instead of using the PAL preset i tried the NTSC preset. but when using NTSC, ffmpegx refuses to encode the video, it skips right on to the audio. what is wrong?
i know this has been talked about before, but i couldn't find a solution.
