    Hi,
    I recently installed windows media player 9 and everything seemed ok (i could see all my avi. files, etc.) but when I tried opening a .mpeg file, there was no picture at all, but only sound. Does anyone know why? what can I do to fix it? please help! much appreciated.. thanks...

    Doesn't make much sense...were you able to view the MPEG before you installed WMP9?

    sorry for not explaining myself too clear...yes, before installing WMP9, I could view the MPEG, after installing WMP9, I only heard sound and no video... luckily, i somehow fixed it by uninstalling nimo codec pack and installing it back again.......probably WMP9 had some codecs that messed up my old ones so somehow what I did worked.... thanks..
