FIRST -- Thank you for looking at my problem/question! It's appreciated!
I captured some video and although it's fairly clean, I would like to refine and clean it up more. I am aware of ATI's All in wonder 9700 features with VIDEO SOAP and how it cleans up video, but do not have that card, nor can I afford it!
QUESTION: Is there any software that is good for cleaning up the audio and picture quality of video files? I want as close to dvd quality as possible! This is for Family videos/historical videos/etc.
Any advice is appreciated! THANK YOU!

I'm going to give it a try! I'm using Ledteks winfast 2000XP as a capture card. Hopefully it won't give me any trouble with TMPGEnc.
Thank you for the very quick reply! -
Thank you very much!
I'm going to try both articles out to see if I can improve the video/audio!
