  1. hi ive got an avi encoded in divx5.05 with ac3 sound and i want to frameserve thru tmpgenc but when i try to open the vdr in tmgenc it says it cannt open or unsupported. My xvids work fine but its just the divx5 avis that dont work

    can ne1 help?

    whats the highest setting? I had it set to 2 originally

    I meant of all the open sources, DirectShow is the highest. a setting of two is fine, if all the others are lower than two.

    Ensure that you have all of the necessary video, and audio codecs to properly decode the DivX. Use GSpot in the TOOLS section to open your AVI, and verify. It will tell you if everything is installed and working properly. Simply being able to play back a Divx doesn't necessarily mean you have all of the necessary codecs installed.
