    I had no problems with this program till i installed a matrox G450 video card ..
    Now the plus version starts but when i load a file into it , it comes up with a message problem closing down.

    this is the message Appver 2.54.37.135 MCSMPEG.AX
    Modver 1.0.0.24 off set 00004242

    I still have the old free program and that will last about half a file lenght processing before it come up with the same message.

    what does this card do that is holding back this software from working.

    It also does the same with headspace 3d viewer.
