Problems burning with nero express

i am using nerovision express ver. 1.0.4.2. the problem i am having is it is only burning 13 minutes of the video. i used nero to capture and encode the video. is there any possible settings i need to check? or is this a possible bug? i have tried to burn video several times and the same thing happens.

I don't know if this is your problem but you need to purchase and MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in for Nero.
