I am having trouble frameserving avs files to TMPGEnc. It is suggested on the AviSynth website that I "turn off the virtual dub proxy" before frameserving.
What is the virtual dub proxy, and how do I do this?

Go to your Virtual Dub directory. Look in the directory named "Aviproxy". Select the icon that says "proxyoff", then "yes".
Hello.
