    My installation guide for the 500UL states to download the Veritas DLA software from Sony tech support (was not included in the retail box). But, I can't find it anywhere on the Sony site. Anyone know where I can find it please?

    Sony has been kind of worthless with its tech support. I think I'll try Nero InCD.
