    Try:

    Step 1: DVD2AVI to demux audio and video and set up a *.d2v (video) and *.mp2/*.ac3/*.mpa (audio) files that can be opened in Virtualdub and/or AVISynth.

    Step 2: Use AVIsynth to open *.d2v file and save as *.AVS, then frameserve to Virtualdub

    Step 3: Open *.AVS file in Virtualdub and encode to DivX.

    Step 4: Read the how-to for more in-depth info or go to www.doom9.org.

    Please dont take this as a flame, but you really should do some research first on this site before asking. What I posted above is on this site in the tutorial section and various places on the 'net. If it is not there anymore or anywhere on this site, then just forget everything I posted
