How do I multiplex a CBR encoded MPEG2 file in TMPGENC? When I go into tools Simple multiplex I see MPEG2(VBR). Should I select this? When I do it starts to rewrite the header... Is this okay?

If you just want an MPEG2 file, use MPEG2 VBR, yes. If you're making an SVCD out of it you'll want to specify SVCD instead, though.
