It stretches it vertically to fit 4:3 ratio and does not keep 16:9 ratio?
Any suggestions for other programs if this is not fixable? Only basic programs though. DVD Movie factory does not seem to work for me.......it increases the file sizes even though it is compiant.

    Thanks

Read the manual. In it it says that "only 4:3 aspect ratios are supported". However, there are work arounds to getting a 16:9 video authored, just search the forum. Been discussed many, many, many times.

    Actually did search forum.

I just did another search and found one thread about it but I was lucky because it was a bit off topic.

My must have been discussed a long time ago because I can't very much.

    Hello

I let SpruceUP write a VIDEO TITLE SET which means it creates a VIDEO_TS folder on my HDD with all the DVD files in that folder.

Then I use IFOEdit to edit all of the IFO files to read 16x9 instead of 4:3

Actually I keep the menu(s) at 4:3 but change the movie itself to 16x9

I've only had to do it a couple of times but it seemed to work and I was able to do it (using IFOEdit) without ever reading a guide. In other words it is not hard to do.

When I'm done I create an image file using ImgTools (classic version) then burn with DVD Decrypter.

    Thank-You

That is the way I read and was going to do it.
