Boy ATI is of no help. I call tech support and they want me to pay them to tell me why there card has a flaw and how to fix it...... what a business to be in.

Anyways I have a ATI AIW 7500 radeon card. The capture was working fine with the software it came with. Other then the 10% of lost frames I would get. So I upgraded the software to the latest that’s available. Now when I go to push the capture button the capture window pops up but nothing gets recorded, it just shows 0:00:00 is recorded, tried the pause button still nothing. If I reboot and go into the tv and start to capture it works fine, but even if I start then stop capturing and start again it does nothing. In order to capture I have to reboot each time. Also Virtual dub no longer shows my ATI driver for a option to capture.
I called ATI, Explained my problem and the tech says, ya we are aware of this type of problem on some computers, I asked if there is a fix, he goes yes there is but you have to give us a credit card number and or call a 900 toll number so they can bill my phone, because we charge for tech support. I asked him how they could charge me for a problem they know about and have a fix for. He said it there policy.
I am running win XP pro, latest drivers for everything I also have a Creative Video web Cam.
Any one else out there have seen or had this problem?
    Thanks

I didn't get any responses from anyone last time, so I am going to mention this again to see if anyone has had to deal with this problem before and if anyone has any solutions. Any help or suggestions are always appreciated.
    Thanks
