TMPEG error when coverting

I captured an MPEG one and used Win Movie Maker to edit. I then saved it to disk as a .WMV file. I rename it with a .asf extension. I tried to use TMPG to covert that .wmv file back to an MPEG for buring, but everytime I click on SAVE in TMPG, it says Cannot load P3package.dll

I have done this successfully before after renaming it with .asf and don't know why it's doing this

try uninstalling TMPGEnc and then reinstall
