This sounds exactly like the same pernicious scam of providing freeware tools bundled together in a "package" and then selling (which is why the author of DVDShrink stopped developing his product).
Here's the test: any new "DVD copying software" should be ONE program, not a whole mess of programs. Otherwise you're paying for stuff that's already free."Like a knife, he cuts through life, like every day's his last" -- Mr. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang -
btw, I didn't go to your link, it looked sketchy. Instead I did a Google search on "dvd wizard pro".
from a website pimping it:
DVD Wizard Pro is the most technologically advanced method of DVD reproduction ever available!
When you purchase DVD Wizard Pro, this DVD ripper package will show you how to backup DVD or backup VHS cassette using a CD burner! We will go further, and show you how to backup a DVD using a DVD-R, or DVD-RW burner as well.
You will get an extensive step-by-step guide with screenshots and detailed instructions on
how to use DVD ripper and DVD converter software to rip and convert your DVDs which you can burn to a standard CD. Plus, the DVD resource kit will provide you with even more links and information on advanced DVD ripping techniques, editing software, DVD conversion utilities and more.
looks to me like you'll end up with a pdf full of information ripped from this site.- housepig

this one is even slacker than most - it doesn't appear to me that it includes ANY software - just guides and links.
man, if it weren't for those damn scruples of mine, I could make a mint...- housepig
