I Am trying to convert this movie to a vcd, but the movie is acting wierd, it is like when it have played a frame it gos back to play it again, I have run it throu Gspot and i get this out of it, i have marked som in the picture under I/L it says "2 frames (80 ms), p=480" can it be the course to my problems, and if so, how do i fix this problem in Tmpgenc?
Plaez help me
