    Can anyone tell me why is it everytime I convert from 48000 hz to 44100 hz in Tmpegenc the audio gets messed up? Anyone got a sure fire solution?

    In Tmpgenc under option->environmental settings->audio engine->sampling frequency converter choose High quality.

    Or else you can try use an external frequencey converter in tmpgenc like ssrc.

    Or convert the audio to mpeg audio with a separate tool like besweet.

    Thanks, I don't have the audio engine option in my tmpegenc (2.56) though. Is that in the newest version?
