    I was wondering if there is a free program for converting Ogg audio files to MP3s? My computer is very slow and the internet connection becomes choppy when I have the Ogg file playing in Winamp.

    I think a current version of besweet should be able to convert it.

    For making VCDs, the audio was originally OGG. Should I switch it to WAV or MP3? Besweet cannot convert OGG, I have the latest version. It can only encode something INTO an OGG, not from it.
