Maybe this is a foolish question but here goes, How would I go about changing the Regional Encoding on a DVD that I want to burn? I made the ISO image to my hard drive and am using Nero's lates software to burn however, I cant find anything that tells me how to change the regional coding in Nero or in any of the postings.


Please help if you can....
